Wyatt Rampy

It all started in 1986 with a job at a small construction company in Northern Virginia. Since then, I have experienced about every facet of the real estate business; whether it be marketing, construction, sales or lending.

In January 2004, I decided it was time to bring my ideas to the residential real estate market. With an emphasis on serving both clients and agents through organization and technology, I opened what we originally called Rampy Real Estate , Inc. We have been enjoying growth and success ever since, providing clients with outstanding knowledge, organization and communication and agents with superior training and support,  all with the goal of achieving for clients simplicity, confidence and peace of mind.

I have been married to my wife, Wendy, for 13 years. We have one son, three daughters and a spoiled dog named Steve, and we are proud to live among those we serve in West Nashville.

Outside the company, I also serve as a deacon at Bellevue Church of Christ and am on the boards of the Bellevue YMCA and Nashville Christian School. These are outstanding members of our fine community.
