The Dream is Coming True for the Darby's

Since opening our office in the Bellevue Kroger shopping center, we've experienced a lot of great moments. We've been able to answer questions for flood victims concerned about how to enhance their property value during renovation,  we've more tripled the number of agents we're privileged to work with and we've been able to counsel many people interested in owning a home.

One such couple I've had the privilege of helping is Charles and Shauna Darby. They stopped in during the summer and said they were ready to take advantage of the great opportunities this market is providing. We immediately met with Josh Rogers, one of the best mortgage loan originators in the business who had the fun of letting them know they were in a much better borrowing position than they thought.

Charles, who was born to turn landscapes into natural wonderlands, and his lovely wife Shauna, were glad to hear the news that they could buy more house than they expected but, being wise beyond their years, they restrained their tastes and opted to stay within their original price range. Smart move.


So off we went, visiting properties that matched their criteria. Over several pleasant weekends, we visited some terrific properties and found the best choice in Eton's Creek, an outstanding community by Fox Ridge Homes.






On November 10 the Darby's dream is set to come true. The folks at Fox Ridge Homes have done an outstanding job building the home with all the amenities the Darby's wanted at a remarkably affordable price.  Seeing our clients make an outstanding investment is one of the many ways we love what we do.
